Where can I download the AeviceMD App?
AeviceMD App can be found in Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS devices.
How do I create a user account on the AeviceMD App?
- On the AeviceMD App, create a user account with your details.
- Create the patient profile. Enter the patient's details, the Provider ID, and the patient's Medical Record Number (MRN).
Note:
- Provider ID is a code unique to the your healthcare provider that is given by the AeviceMD team to facilitate the linking between the you and your provider. It should be provided with the AeviceMD when you are prescribed the device for monitoring.
- Medical Record Number (MRN) is unique to each patient. Check with your healthcare provider if you are unsure about your MRN. Each user must have a unique MRN for the account to be created.
Where can I find my Provider ID and Medical Record Number (MRN)?
The patient's Provider ID and Medical Record Number (MRN) will be provided by the patient's healthcare provider.
