Where is my information stored?
All patients' information is stored in a remote database under Amazon's Web Services (AWS) cloud server. It is located in an isolated environment where access is highly restricted.
What patient information are shared and with whom?
The following pieces of patient information are shared with healthcare professionals:
- Patient's name.
- Patient's date of birth.
- Patient's gender.
- Patient's Medical Record Number.
- Patient's height.
- Patient's weight.
- Patient's contact number.
- Patient's email address.
- Provider ID.
- Heart rate.
- Respiratory rate.
- Wheeze occurrences.
- Stethoscope recordings.
- Prescribed medications.
- Medication intake data.

- Patient's name.

How long will my data be stored?
Hospitals can store patients' data based on their own storage policy. The storage period varies across hospitals, depending on the hospital's policy.
How private are my recordings?
Patient recordings are only accessible to patients. Patients have the autonomy to share it with their healthcare professionals only.
Who owns my data?
Hospitals can store patients' data based on their own storage policy. However, if a patient requests for their data, hospitals have to provide it to them.
Who can retrieve health records on behalf of a patient?
