How do I reset my password?
- On the Login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you used to register your account.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
Note: Password should contain minimally 8 characters with a mix of numbers, upper & lowercase letters.
How do I change my password?
- Go to Settings > Change Profile.
- Click on Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password. Your new password should not be the same as your current password.
