Linking Patients with Healthcare Professionals
How do I link a patient to a healthcare professional?
Only administrators have the access rights to invite a patient.
1. Go to the Patients tab
to find the list of unlinked patients.
2. Click on Link to Healthcare Professional for each unlinked patient.
3. Search for the relevant healthcare professional and click on Confirm.
Once the patient has been successfully linked to the healthcare professional, their name should appear under the list of Linked Patients.
Note: Once a healthcare professional is linked to a patient, they cannot be unlinked.
Can I link multiple healthcare professionals with a patient?
No, each patient can only be linked with one healthcare professional.
How do I add a new healthcare professional?
1. Go to the Healthcare Professionals tab
2. Click on Add New.
3. Enter the healthcare professional's personal information:
(i) First and last name.
(ii) Staff ID.
(iii) Staff email.
(ii) Staff ID.
(iii) Staff email.
4. Save the new account.
