Patient User
How do I invite a patient?
Only administrators have the access rights to invite a patient.
Under the Patients tab
click on Invite Patient. You will need the patient's profile information:
(i) First and last name;
(ii) Date of birth; and
(iii) Medical Record Number (MRN).

Once you have confirmed the patient's details and selected their healthcare professional, enter the patient's email to send an email invitation containing instructions to join the system.
What information is needed from my patients in order to link with the healthcare provider?
To link a patient's account, you will need the following information from the patient:
- Their Medical Record Number (MRN).
- Your Provider ID.
Note:
- Medical Record Number (MRN) is used as a patient identifier to connect your account to your patient's. Your patient will require their MRN when first registering their user account on the AeviceMD App. You will need to provide the patient with their MRN or inform them where to access their MRN.
- Provider ID is a code unique to your organization that is given by the AeviceMD team. You will need to provide your patient with the Provider ID to connect your patient's account to your account.
Note: Once a healthcare professional is linked to a patient, they cannot be unlinked.
