Logging In
How do I set up an account on the AeviceMD Web App?
For healthcare professionals:
- Visit the AeviceMD HCP Web App at www.aevicemd.com
- Select Healthcare Professional as your role.
- To log in, enter your Provider ID, organization email, and password. If this is your first time logging in, you will be given a unique password code to enter.
- Once you have successfully logged in, proceed to update your account password to complete your account setup.
For administrators:
- Visit the AeviceMD Web App at www.aevicemd.com
- Select Administrator as your role.
- To log in, enter your Provider ID, organization email and password. If this is your first time logging in, you will be given a unique password code to enter.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to the email you have entered.
- Once you have successfully verified your email, enter your name and proceed to update your account password to complete your account setup.
Note: The Provider ID is a code unique to your organization and is provided to you, by the AeviceMD team. If unsure about the Provider ID, do check with your organization for it.
Where can I find my Provider ID?
You may obtain your Provider ID from your administrator.
