Medication Adherence

How are the medication adherence percentages calculated?

Daily adherence percentage is calculated by dividing the quantity of medication taken by the medication prescribed to the patient. Overall medication adherence takes the average adherence percentage for the entire time period.

How do I access my patient's past medication records?

Down arrow
  1. Go to the Summary tab and scroll down to Medication Adherence Trend.  
  2. You may toggle between the different tabs (7 Days View, 30 Days View, and 90 Days View) to view the trends for those time periods or select a different medication to view by clicking on the dropdown.
